- Eat food that contains omega-3 oils. What is the work of omega-3 oils? It improves the health of your skin, tones and moisturizes the skin. Eat more of vegetables, fruits, and fish in your diet. It is mainly found in fish so increase the amount of fish you take if you really want to get rid of your acne.

- If you are suffering from severe case of acne then you should reduce the intake of milk. Research has made it known to us that there are lot of hormones present in the milk of pregnant cows, and that is the main source of milk production. If you can reduce the intake of milk you will definitely reduce the quantity of hormones you have.
