How to Get Rid of Acne Permanently

First it's important to know that acne don't form over night. There are dozen factors that might cause acne and usually our lifestyle makes it much easier for them to form. I've had people come to me with severe acne problems. After questioning them about their lifestyle, job and eating habits, I could recognize the problem. Sometimes people do wrong things for years, even tens of years. All this accumulates in our body. And when the problem is severe, they want it to go away over night. Well in most cases that is impossible.

Acne is complicated process. But it takes some very simple things we can do to make them go away.

Stress causes acne indirectly. When we are stressed our body produces certain hormones which cause sebum glands to produce more oil. Then that oil gets blocked in the pores and eventually we have acne problem. Sometimes you can notice pimples only hours after something very stressed happens. So reducing stress helps greatly. Finding a way to relax a few minutes each day, to just let everything go and forget about problems for a few minutes helps much dealing with acne.

Drinking clear water is also very important. Soda drinks and bought drinks have lots of added sugars which are bad for acne. Again, not directly. But without clear water intake our body can't flush the toxins out of the system as it should. For our immune system it gets harder to deal with bacteria that multiplies inside clogged pores, if our body lacks of clear water. So, it's time to start drinking clear water.

Eating healthy food helps. Again, not directly. But eating healthy food increases our immune system and that's why our body can deal with acne better. It's important for our body to kill bacteria inside clogged pores.

And now. People are most surprised when I say this, but this helps a lot when dealing with skin problems, specially the acne.

Daily workout routine! Yes, you've heard it right. Workout should be done at least twice per day. It greatly increases blood circulation which is the most important thing dealing with acne. When enough blood comes to places where body's immune system fights bacteria caused by acne, acne simply vanish. Toxins are flushed away faster. Just let me express one important thing. During the workout you are sweating and you should wash your face immediately after you finish with workout. If you don't do this, it might not help much because swatting can make acne worse if you don't clean the skin.
